It is quite simple, all you have to do is use two websites to make it easy for you.
1) You will have to find your target (obviously)
2) You will visit this link: https://www.toolzia.net/database-lookup
3) Search your target's username, IP address, alliance or anything that might have something to do with them (if you have nothing do some research on search engines).
4) Now it might find results on them, and might not. Most of the time if you do it correctly it will work.
5) Once you get the results it will tell you which sites the target has been breached on. With that information you are good to go!
6) Download the breached sites database (use forums, Google and anything you can find)
7) Once you download the breached site database open it up in any text editor (I recommend: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ as regular Notepad might crash for you if the database is too big)
8) Enjoy and use this wisely.
