I used to use PayPal as my main currency site. Unfortunately I can't get another account because they say I owe them like $1.2k for my account haven gone negative from chargebacks. It wasn't my fault, it was a business competitor doing payments and chargebacks so I'd get limited. He won that one.

So I refused and still refuse to pay the debt.
