How long do you sleep?

On average, how many hours do you sleep per day. About 6 for me.

Usually asleep around 12 waking up at 7. So a good 7 hours. That's for a college week though, for work I'm in bed by 11-12 and wake up at 6.

Not a bad schedule, they say it's best to sleep 8 hours a day.

I usually sleep 5 to 7 hours.

And I thought my schedule was bad, but 5 hours. Whew. Must pay a toll on your body. I look tired all the time due to my schedule.

11-14 hours of sleep is insane. You're sleeping away half of your day.

10 hours is a little over the top but I guess after a week of long and hard (that's what she said) work, you deserve the sleep in.
