Hot Thread, Auto locking Thread Suggestion.

It would be kinda handy to know the difference between 
a (New) an (No New) Thread beside looking at the posted date.

Old:
Hot Thread (New) == A red flame next to the Thread.
Hot Thread (No New) == A red flame next to the Thread.

New:
Hot Thread (New) == A red flame next to the Thread.
Hot Thread (No New) == A grey flame next to the Thread.

Also auto locking Threads after 8-12 mounth's old
or somewhere in a descent range after the last post..
