Help with HTTP requests

Hey, i need some help here.
I want to make a simple plugin that's grab the title id from the actual game and send's it by an http request to a local server.
I'm a total newbie on the x360 sdk, but i know some c++.
Can someone explain me how to do requests?

Look at pretty much any stealth source on here bud and look for Presence() { and you will find in there the request for the title id in most of the source out there. I don't know why people care so much about it but eh.

the problem is not the title id, the problem is the requests. i dont know how to do him.
