Content Unlocked
UPdate the SERVER   use command--->        sudo apt-get update
case 2: Install SQL SERVER use command --->        
sudo apt-get install mysql-server

case 3: Install PHPMYADMIN  use command --->           sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin apache2-utils
upload your website files to var/www/html and phpmyadmin is www.yourdomain.com/phpmyadmin

YES it is even easier then anythign there is you can PURCHASE NFOSERVERS.COM for 8.99 and then do that method and your wendite is DDOS protected and cheap then just need a 12$ domain and cloudflare free to point the domain to your server
