Got Neutral feedback on a playerauctions order for stupid reason

i had this retarded guy who decided to ask me a fucking retarded question on feedback system and even rating me neutral which is like fucking negative because he ruined my whole fucking satisfaction rate from 97% to 95.5%

i can't believe there are so retarded people in this world, he had the best price account he could find and even tho it was working fine and without problems he wanted to show his handicaped expressions on feedback..
now ok the account was cracked but i didn't note that i am the original owner and never said that i won't refund his money back if his account gets banned, fuck i hate such ppl! :@
