I want to get good grades for my future.

Thanks! We're really excited to get a home loan and get to work. There's so much nice land down here and quite cheap. We'd really like 20+ acres with a dam for ducks. c: Hopefully the land comes with turbo chooks too! (Native Tasmanian hens)
