First of all , you will a PS4 for this tutorial.

Now, you will go on Origin and go to "contact us"
select Fifa 14 and choose PS4 as the console.
Now email them or use the live chat to say something along the lines of this

I lost money 
I opened a (insert pack name here) and I encountered the error CE-34878-0 
while opening this pack. When I went back onto Ultimate team I had nothing new in my club.
Could you please help/ compensate me

I think EA have patched this over also ive seen a lot of people banned for using methods like this, wouldn't waist my time with it.
