GTA V IP Spoofing c++?

Anyone have a working ip spoofer for a gta v menu? I've looked in multiple sources & can't find a working one.

i think ip spoofer host is easy
only write memory with offset for ip pull and the bytes for spoof ex:
0x00000 <<-- offset ip pull
0x1,0x1,0x1,0x1 <<-- bytes for spoof ip (spoofed to 1.1.1.1)

he means write over the ip address bytes with whatever you wish to spoof too. just need to find the correct address I suppose.
