Fixing my GTA5 PC Menu for Steam

Hello everybody,
I made a gta5 pc Mod Menu witch is now working fine after 1.43 but for some reson Steam users cant use it bacause it always crashes the game.
if anybody knows how i can fix it please let me know.

Is It A Online Or Offline Mod Menu?

steam version could use sig

to find it ptr then nop it

Check Hooking::FindPattens modelCheck and modelSpawn and use a sig for them.
