They are very harmful to the brain. probably causing long term damage. especially taurine and other ingredients which are more than questionable.

My is Rockstar green apple but Monster has also good ones like ultra red   I would say Monster but ther are times that I prefer other because I get fade up drinking that. Energy drinks are something which you will find yourself changing with time. You will never drink the same one for over a month. Monster has been my friend for a long time.
