Fake Seller in FB

I Think I got scammed by some One On a FB Group..... I buyed a bag paid per PayPal and nothing was send 2 me just cheap excuses. So my Anger is big and I Know its my own fault. but just in Case some One may has any idea what to do?
I got his PayPal Email and With that I got his Name right.
is there a way 2 get his Adress With the Email? or anything that I Could use so he will know that I wont let him scam me?



I wont Buy anything else on FB again thats for Sure........

I think you can still CB F&F if you talk to your bank or creditcard provider
