[FAKE] Payeer payment system

Fake on payeer.com is written from scratch, completely identical to the original layout. 
When authorizing, it automatically changes the security settings in the victim's account (unbinds the login confirmation code from the email). Verifies accounts by valid. With a valid account, sends to the owner of the fake in Telegram a message with login data and balance on the account (rubles, euros, dollars).
