It seems like I hear this question everyday lately. In the past 24 hours I’ve read about some US agency (yes I’ve successfully blocked out half the details in 24 hours) has determined we are about two minutes from midnight (im assuming minutes are related to the number of years since humans have lived to midnight being the end of the world).

Also interestingly I read today something I’ve learned about but assumed wasn’t a threat, the magnetic poles of earth have a history of flipping every few tens of thousands of years. Apparently the poles are in a way fighting over who’s north and who’s south. This is bad because it’ll mess with our atmosphere as well as all of our electronics
