Easier way to get to the top of the page

I find it a challenge to get to the top of the page, to get back to the home page, read a top comment etc.

I think a button to take you to the top would be nice. something that makes it easier.

It quite frankly gets annoying have to scroll up on a long thread to get to the top

Or press on "Welcome, ____." and then press on home.
