Do you think teachers are underpaid?

I think teacher are definitely underpaid and we need to see fewer budget cuts in education. Teachers are the ones who are going to be molding our future engineers, doctors, and accountants. I think they need to be paid much better for the work they put in and the dedication they bring every day. What do you guys think? Are teachers underpaid in your state? Should they be paid better and why?.

i think teachers should get a raise by a survey at the end of the year with the survey asking content about there prior lessons in the most previous year :)

Here in austria the teachers get really good paid tbh (a friend of my father is teacher and he lives actually really good)

yes, but I also feel like teachers are undertrained in certain aspects.
