Did my reports helping forum or these are pointless?

I think that i have reported so many threas that i will earn Reporter award very soon .Or my reports just keeps staff busy and awaken and staff would think that i need to be banned because activity.

Ok, but why we don´t have any kind of spam protection installed, because we have cloudflare,but why spammers will get in.Otherwise forum will lose traffic, because sometimes it seems like 50 new posts and half of them are just junk.
