Depends on the situation. I would be able to live without them if we have horses on a nice farm and a veggie garden to keep me pre occupied.

Well , for some time yes, forever no.

Actually after a few days it feels great and liverating to not feel the need to check up stuff.
For 10 years ago I felt pain when I went away on vacation without online access.

Computer no doubt, just due to the simple fact that you can do everything on a PC that you can do on a phone and beyond.

phone yes, computer no. The internet has far too much information and knowledge that I would miss being able to search. Maybe my phone sucks but its much easier suring the net on a computer!
