I've smoked out of a lot of things, but never a can. It is extremely bad for you with all of the chemicals they put on the in and outside of the can. A healthier option would be to smoke out of a fruit, one time I smoked a bowl out of a potato. Be creative but make sure it isn't causing you harm.
