That's a really steep price for buying a botnet from someone. QBOTS and Mirai's go for anywhere around 15-20 dollars a month, anything more then that would be considered a rip off. IRCs are around $10.00 a spot monthly as well, so don't pay anyone more then 20 dollars for a spot on a net.
