Has anyone ever had to take this before getting hired for a job? What do you guys think of workplace personality tests? I personally had never heard of them until now. I think I do remember answering some questions during an online application process that seemed like they were testing my personality. I think that this is not fair because it is already very tough to get jobs nowadays and this is just another way for companies to make it harder for people to find decent paying jobs. I am currently actively searching for a job in my field and I feel that I would do fine on one of these tests, but I know many people wouldn't. I think this is just another way for companies to make their decisions easier because of how competitive the job market has gotten. What do you guys think about this test?
