So i can never use PayPal again due to having so many limited accounts lol, is there any other reliable sites that can be used to purchase things off eBay and stuff?

Only other way is to use a debit or credit card buddy :) if you dont have one, buy a virtual one and put money on it :).

@psychomods I haven't looked into that but if you can receive money and send money on Visa cards then yes i would say.
