You definitely should, while it may not be action packed or very ecchi as you requested, it's still worth it.
You could also try out Assassination Classroom, it may not have the ecchi, but it does live up to the action, comedy and adventure.
Well it does have a little ecchi but, not a lot.. The main focus of this one, is probably rather the comedy part of it. 

  


 

Is Assassination Classroom that good? If yes, I'll definitely watch that anime.

It's a really awesome anime, with some really funny and some epic moments. 
You could always try the first episode or two and see if it's something for you. 
I definitely recommend it though.

If you haven't already, I recommend Code Geass. Not quite ecchi and such, but has a great story and has plenty action.
