Admin New Theme, Features and More!

Here everyone,

It's been a little bit since there was some changes done to the theme along with new features. Here is the list of some new features, aswell as planned features to come.

Features:
- Like System added
- Alert System updated
- Tagging System updated (@/username now, remove the /)
- Vouch System updated
- Shoutbox added

Much more has been added, but the list would be huge.

Planned features to come:
- Buying Credits
- Buying Items
- Displaying Items
- Sticky Thread
- Style Thread
- Autobumper
- Gambling

More features will to come aswell.
