I understand that some forums do take some methods to avoid be attacked by spam robots. But there is a loarge number of usrs who can not reach to this site or reach to the logging verification provided by a third provider, using their own ip of their country. So they have to use proxy and leveraging service ip instead of their own ip. They are not spam bots, but may be banned? I think forums should provide better spam banning mechanisims to avoid this issue.
