We should have Oniion and Tor section?

I have found lots of Onion and Deepweb links in sectins?We should disallow to post that kind of links or admins will make new section for this.
Reason:Because you need special programs and not visitable with normal internet broswers.And so it might members to report that links not working if maybe actually working fine.
