Your head is just too thick.

CTRL+V is a shortcut for pasting something, like for example when you highlight something and right click it and press copy then paste it else where.

Instead of wasting a couple seconds of right clicking, pressing CTRL + V, automatically pastes it, hence why it is called a shortcut.
