Pretty cut and dry piece right here. Some of the functionality doesn't work, doesn't really seem practical to use consider the endless pre-installed notepad alike tools but all in all; decent program.

C# uses the .Net framework mate, it belongs here.

C# isn't C or C++.

C# is part of the .NET framework.
