Is there a botnet program that uses a linux server but may have windows bots?

I am running a linux machine and most Botnets that I find uses windows on the server side. Are there any botnet programs that I could run on linux?

man linux is just opensource platform, you can use payload and make your own, but you dont seem expierenced use windows botnet and aim for *nix bots for good return / power / data

You can run a completely python botnet which can be ran on linux and can root any other type of OS
