Hi guys! I'm new to this community, and I'm just getting started in this sort of thing. 

I'm working on building up a collection of password databases, I'll certainly share anything I come across that isn't already shared here. 

I have a collection of certification type training guides if that is the sort of thing this community could benefit from? Mostly Cisco and VMWare stuff, I don't really see much of that here.
