After reading this, and the replies I have decided to reword it for some users.

Requirements:
3 VPN's (or different IP addresses)
3 PayPal Accounts
Time, preferably 2-5 days.

Step 1: Log on to PayPal.


Step 2: Go onto your first PayPal account (the one with the most money, so your main account).


Step 3: Send the money to your second PayPal account, as a gift.

Step 4: Turn on your VPN and quickly send the money to your third PayPal account.

Step 5: Logout of your second PayPal account and turn the VPN off.

Step 6: Log on to your first PayPal account and file a dispute and say you did not get the product.

Step 7: Turn your VPN on again and log on to the second PayPal account.

Step 8: Once you have logged on, send a message in the dispute area, saying something like this 'already sent the money m80 and i just got .... with it'. Obviously, you will change the full stops to whatever you want to put there.

Step 9: Turn your VPN off and then on again, but on to a new IP Address. Then login to your third PayPal account. After one day, send the money to your main account.

You will win the dispute, leaving your second account with a negative balance, your third will have 00.00 and your main account will have double what you started off with, or what you sent.

I have a few things to say.

IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING DO NOT TRY THIS. DO NOT EVER USE REAL INFORMATION

It may be easy, but it is even easier to mess up and blow the whole thing.

as per people who know what they are doing.

This is very sketchy and you need to be extremely careful. If they do catch you they will bring in authorities as this is very illegal. (Money laundering) and a few others I can find later.

Other than that have fun doubling, tripling your money super easy.

Be sure to dispose of the accounts after you are finished.

Actually this method is SUPER old, but still works :P
But as said, this method is highly illegal and if paypal found out you're in trouble big time :P
